Enough ice to fill your Ice Cream Ball (1/2 kg)

½ Cup rock salt

250ml Thickened cream

1 ½ Teaspoons vanilla

Fill your ice cream ball with as much ice that you can fit in. Then pour in your rock salt then seal that section of the ice cream ball.

Step 2:

Open up the metal cylinder side of the ice cream ball and pour in your thickened cream, vanilla and sugar. Seal that half of the ice cream ball securely.

Step 3:

This is the fun part anyone can make ice cream by shaking, rolling and passing the ice cream ball. As you are having fun the ice and rock salt is freezing the ingredients. After 10min stop and open up the ingredients section of the ice cream ball with the plastic wrench which is provided and with a wooden or plastic spoon, scrape the sides of the cylinder and mix the liquid ice cream into the centre of the cylinder. Close the lid securely by hand. And it’s time to play again.

Step 4:

5 or 10min later it’s time to eat some delicious homemade ice cream. The consistency can vary depending on your ice and the outside temperature. (You can experiment to come up with what you like the best). Gently scoop out the ice cream with your wooden or plastic spoon and Enjoy. It’s just that easy!!!
